Literacy Worksheets {FREEBIES}

I am torn about posting these because I have a love-hate relationship with worksheets. I always try to focus on hands-on learning and meaningful activities, but I'll admit I do sometimes like to use them for morning work and fast finisher folders. I know that some children do learn well this way, and I am just trying to meet the various learning styles of my students hehe ;)

Anyway, I made up these worksheets for my class and I hope somebody else might find them useful!!

  Alphabet Sounds A-Z                                    Word Families                                        Missing Sounds

                                                      Sound Sorts

  1. Thank you sooooo much! The worksheets are wonderful. I do a lot of hands on too, but I need some reinforcement for kids that need extra help. I am also thinking homework review.

  46. Thank you so much for sharing these for free! I am new to Kindergarten and with our economy the way it is I'm on a limited school budget. If I get to stay in Kindergarten I'll have A LOT of second grade things to sell so I can build up a Kindergarten classroom full of age appropriate materials.

  72. Thank you for your wonderful resources! I am super excited about using the missing sound set, the sound sorts, and the Alphabet Sounds A-Z pack. When I downloaded the Alphabet Sounds A-Z pack, however, many of the images did not load and are missing on the printouts although they show on the original screen when I open it. Do you know a solution to this? I would love to use the pack with my kinders. Thank you!
