Here are some winter math and literacy centers I've made for my classroom. Please feel free to use them with your class! Click the images to download the files.
Oh my...I feel like I hit the jackpot!! I love these and so easy to set up for the next few weeks. Thanks so much for being willing to share these for free...I really can't afford to buy all the cute things out there these days. These are the BEST. You truely must love children. Fondly, Barbara
These are fantastic! I found your blog through Pinterest. Thank you for sharing! I've created some of my own using your ideas in Spanish. Now I need to get bingo markers!
Thank you so much! I especially love your Snowy Sound Stamp. I am doing that one this week! I bought the same snowman bags from Target and now I know what to do with them. All of your ideas are great!
Wow- LOVE these way fun snowman activities! Thank you!! Ok- very silly question. How do you make your spinners? I have looked at a few stores for the spinning part and can't seem to find them anywhere!
Thanks for all the comments! Michala, the spinner I use is actually from a Lakeshore counting game I have. I've seen other people make spinners by sticking a brad fastener in the middle and hooking a paperclip on it. I have never tried it, so I am not sure how well that works!
I love these fun centers! Thank you for your hard work and thank you for SHARING!!! It's so nice to see freebies on a teacher's website instead of everything being on TPT. For a new and poor teacher, bloggers like you are lifesavers.
Do you have a free download for letter stamping for missing "ending sounds"??? I grabbed your sheets for beginning & middle sounds stamping. Thanks so much for sharing! Virginia
Happy New Year! I have been trying to finish my lesson plans today and these freebies helped to make it happen. I am still in denial that school begins again tomorrow, but at least it is a short week. Thanks so much!
You sound like a fabulous teacher. I am in my 2nd year as a 4th grade teacher and love learning from the veterans like yourself. It's been a summer of reflection for me. Please visit my blog and share my ideas if you find any of them useful..
As a relatively new teacher, it is great to have resources like your blog to find great activities and ideas! Thank you so much for sharing. I hope to one day be able to share all of my ideas and activities also :)
Thank you so much for sharing. As a first year kinder teacher I have been going crazy trying to find literacy and math centers to keep my kids interested without paying through the nose! You are amazing!
